Haywood Pathways remains a self-funded faith-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our vision is to provide “a community where all our neighbors have access to safe shelter, nutritious food, and pathways to flourish.” This vision informs our foundational mission that “Guided by our faith, love, and respect, we provide food, shelter, and individualized supportive service for Haywood County residents.”

Haywood Pathways Center is dedicated to providing meals to those who are hungry, both on campus and via Holy Cow Food Truck. On campus at Haywood Pathways, emergency shelter, and short-term housing is offered to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Haywood County. Over the past 10 years, more than 400,000 meals have been served, and we have provided approximately 150,000 nights of shelter to over 295 individuals annually (including men, women, and children). This equates to more than $8.5 million in services provided to Haywood County!

Haywood Pathways aims to help those in crisis break destructive cycles and construct new positive foundations. We prioritize the basic needs of food, shelter, and safety while offering person-centered and holistic case management. This support empowers residents to access resources and services to achieve recovery, learn life skills, rebuild relationships, and obtain income and housing.

This night is an important part of meeting our budget each year. It is also a great opportunity for Pathways to highlight local restaurants, food service providers, and potters that are essential to making this event delicious and exciting.
